Psychology, designed

When you’re offering something meant to support people’s well-being, you want it to truly reach them and create lasting change. That’s where I come in.

to be lived

I work with organizations, teams, and individuals to offer workshops, talks, programs, courses, and experiences — including digital products like apps — that are grounded in real psychological insight and that genuinely resonate with the people they’re designed to support.

My work sits at the intersection of psychology, adult learning, and real-world application. With a background as a health psychologist, professor, and Head of Learning for national and international wellness organizations, I bring nearly two decades of both research and applied experience to make sure whatever you’re offering is evidence-informed — and just as importantly, that it’s emotionally intelligent and human-centered so the people it reaches feel seen, supported, and engaged.

Ways We
Can Work Together

Workshops & Talks

I lead interactive workshops, trainings, and facilitated conversations that bring happiness and well-being principles to life.

These experiences are designed to help people engage with their lives in a more meaningful way. They blend psychology, lived experience, and guided reflection in ways that are thoughtful, practical, and grounded in real life.

Especially valuable for teams, organizations, educational groups, and communities seeking thoughtful, practical ways to support happiness, connection, resilience, and emotional well-being. Participants leave with ideas they can actually apply in their work, their relationships, and their everyday lives.

The Heart of Emotional Healing

Practical tools for understanding emotions, softening self-judgment, and moving through pain with clarity.

Many organizations choose to pair a workshop or talk with copies of one of my best-selling journals, offering attendees a practical takeaway to support reflection and integration long after the event ends.

Emotional Experience & Relational Integrity Review

I help organizations evaluate the emotional experience of the spaces they create.

Most organizations focus on what they are building — the services they offer, the curriculum they design, the structure of their programs or teams.

But what often determines whether something truly works is how it feels to be inside it.

Whether it’s a clinic, program, retreat, team culture, or client-facing service, the emotional experience of a space quietly shapes trust, safety, participation, and outcomes.

Through this review, I bring a trained psychological lens — and deep relational attunement — to the human experience of your offering.

Together we look at questions like:
  • What does it actually feel like to move through this experience as a client, patient, participant, or team member?

  • Do the environment, pacing, and interactions help people feel safe, clear, and cared for — or subtly overwhelmed, rushed, or emotionally disconnected?

  • Where might people feel confused, unseen, rushed, or overwhelmed?

  • Are there small moments in the experience that unintentionally erode trust or clarity?

The result is thoughtful, practical feedback that helps leaders and organizations strengthen the emotional integrity of the spaces and products they create. Especially valuable for facilitators, healthcare practices, leaders, and organizations who care deeply about the quality of the environments, cultures, and products they build.

Program, Product, & Curriculum Design

I help shape programs, products, and learning experiences so they unfold in ways that feel clear, cohesive, and meaningful to the people participating in them.

Designing an effective offering involves more than assembling good ideas. It requires thoughtful attention to pacing, emotional experience, clarity, reflection, and the way people actually move through and absorb information over time. Drawing on psychology and learning design principles, I help shape programs, courses, curricula, and experiences so they feel cohesive, engaging, and genuinely impactful to the people participating in them.

Especially valuable for organizations, educators, and leaders developing programs, courses, or initiatives that support human growth and well-being.

Content Development

I translate psychological insight into content that is clear, engaging, and deeply resonant for the people it’s meant to serve.

Content that supports learning and growth must do more than convey information; it must help people actually absorb and integrate ideas. Drawing on psychology, learning design theory, and a deep understanding of how people actually absorb and integrate ideas, I help shape content and educational materials so the ideas are not only accurate and grounded in science, but also clear, emotionally resonant, and genuinely usable in real life.

Especially valuable for organizations and creators who want their ideas communicated in ways that feel both intelligent and deeply relatable.
