My Story

If you don’t know me yet, I’m Dr. Sophia – a Psychologist and Happiness & Healing Coach. I help people all over the world become genuinely happy, without waiting for their circumstances — or other people — to change.

For a long time, I looked like I had everything together. But on the inside, I had very little genuine joy, confidence, or peace of mind. Often, I was caught in loops of overthinking, self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion. My relationships weren’t especially lasting or fulfilling too.

I tried so many things to feel better. I spent years reading books, going on retreats, getting degrees and certifications, and trying this and that workshop. Some were helpful. Many were inspiring. But none gave me the practical tools I needed to really turn toward what was really happening inside and stay there long enough to shift the deeper patterns keeping me stuck.

It wasn’t until I learned how to slow down and listen to what was happening beneath the surface — without bypassing or bulldozing through it — that things really began to change, and I started to feel more grounded, more at ease, more joyful, and most importantly, more like myself.

That shift changed everything. And it became the foundation of the work I now share with clients, students, and inside this course.

Every day, I’m reminded that this kind of inner work changes everything… not just how we feel, but how we show up in our relationships and our lives.

I believe we all have the capacity to heal and build a life of real happiness no matter our past or current circumstances. So often, we think we’ve run out of time to become the person we want to be. But that just isn’t true. We just haven’t yet been guided in the right direction.

This course is here to offer that direction.
