The kind of happiness you don’t have to fake, chase, or force starts here.

Hi, I’m Dr. Sophia!

As long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the question of what makes life feel genuinely happy. Not the polished version of happiness we often see on the surface, but the real thing. The kind we feel in quiet moments, in honest connections, and in the way we show up for ourselves and the people we love. The kind that doesn’t disappear when life gets messy or hard (because let’s be honest… it sometimes does).

Over the years, I’ve come to believe that happiness doesn’t come from chasing constant highs. It comes from healing what hurts, from understanding ourselves more deeply, and from building the small habits and perspectives that help us feel more grounded, more whole, and more us.

For the last 15+ years, I’ve supported people in doing just that through therapeutic coaching, courses, books, talks, and heartfelt conversations. I’d be honored and grateful to walk that path with you too.

Happy from the Inside Out Course

True happiness isn’t something you find; it’s something you grow from within. In this course, I guide you to tune into what you’re feeling and needing, tend to what’s been holding you back, and grow the kind of joy that lasts.

You don’t have to fake happy anymore. Let’s help you feel better from the inside out.

On The Blog

On the blog, I share reflections on healing, growth, relationships, and the small moments that can spark lasting happiness. It’s my hope that these words offer some inspiration for you to reflect, learn, and connect more deeply with yourself too.

I write a monthlyish newsletter called Happy from the Inside Out where I share the things that have been sparking joy, offering new lessons, and helping me find peace along the way. I believe that sharing these insights can help us all grow, heal, and feel truly happier, more connected, and alive. If you’d like to make your inbox and your heart a little happier, subscribe here.
