Invite Me to Speak

Whether it’s a virtual or in-person keynote, workshop, corporate event, or wellness retreat, I speak from the heart and the science – bringing together psychology, lived experience, and grounded wisdom.

Over the years, I’ve had the honor of speaking at top academic institutions like Columbia University, global organizations including Morgan Stanley, non-profit organizations like United Way, and a variety of wellness centers and community gatherings.

My talks blend research, lived experience, and guided reflection in ways that are practical, thoughtful, and designed to leave people with something they can actually use. Every talk has the same goal: To spark insight, create connection, and leave people more connected to what matters most.

Let’s Talk About…

A woman with long curly hair standing behind a podium on stage, smiling while looking at a small item in her hand, with decorative plants and balloons in the background.

Many organizations choose to pair a talk with copies of one of my best-selling journals, offering attendees a practical takeaway to support reflection and integration long after the event ends.
