With my background as a health psychologist, professor, and Head of Learning for national and international wellness organizations, I bring nearly two decades of research and applied experience to make sure the work is not only evidence-informed, but emotionally intelligent and human-centered, so the people you’re hoping to reach feel seen, supported, and engaged.
