Why I created this course

Struggles with my own thoughts, feelings, relationships, and happiness are what led me to become a Health Psychologist and Happiness & Relationship Coach. These days, I spend most of my time coaching people one-on-one and in groups to do all the things I didn’t know how but learned to do over the last 10 years— build unwavering confidence, create satisfying relationships, and become happy from the inside out.

 

Not many people know this, but I’m also an education junkie.
